The sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is hereby appropriated from unencumbered funds in the Commonwealth Treasury to the Agricultural Services Administration for the above mentioned purposes and it is authorized to incur obligations up to the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to be used in the development of this program.The sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is hereby appropriated from unencumbered funds in the Commonwealth Treasury to said Administration, to be effective July 1, 1967, to pay the obligations contracted by virtue of the authorization herein granted.
