The Secretary of Agriculture is hereby empowered to attach any property that has been used in the commission of any of the felonies typified herein.The procedure established by §§ 1723 et seq. of Title 34, known as the 'Uniform Attachments Act', shall govern the attachment and disposal of the assets indicated above.
