Within the first ninety (90) days of each calendar year, the Departments of Agriculture and of Labor and Human Resources of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall submit to the Governor of Puerto Rico and to the Legislative Assembly a report on the activities that have been conducted in compliance with this chapter, which shall include, but not be limited to the number of jobs created under the program, the coffee harvest picked, and the impact, either positive or negative, on the economy of Puerto Rico, particularly in the Mountain Region.
