Any balance on deposit, as of June 30, 1950, in the Trust Fund-Tobacco Institute of Puerto Rico created by Act No. 89 of May 11, 1937, as amended, is hereby transferred to the General Fund of the Commonwealth Treasury; Provided, That on and after July 1, 1950, all the receipts for said Trust Fund-Tobacco Institute of Puerto Rico shall be transferred to the Agricultural Experiment Station of the University of Puerto Rico.
