A revolving fund is hereby created in the Department of Agriculture of Puerto Rico to be known as Tobacco Shed Loans Revolving Fund. There shall be covered into the said Fund the appropriation made in § 353 of this title, future appropriations, the repayments of such loans, and any gifts received by the Department of Agriculture of Puerto Rico for such purpose.
