There is hereby created a Commission for the Survey of the Problems Confronted by the Sugar Industry, which commission shall be composed of the following members: the Presiding Officers of both Houses of the Legislative Assembly, the chairmen of the Committees on Agriculture and on Labor of both Houses of the Legislative Assembly and one executive officer designated by the Governor of Puerto Rico.
