The personnel so trained and prepared to undertake these tasks shall be assigned to perform said functions under the supervision of the veterinary or veterinarians so designated, who shall assign the specific tasks to be performed by said personnel, and the presence of the said veterinarians at the time the personnel performs such tasks shall not be necessary.
