The sum of one hundred and forty thousand dollars ($140,000) is hereby appropriated for the Fiscal Year 1942-43, out of any available funds in the Commonwealth Treasury not otherwise appropriated, which sum the Secretary of the Treasury shall cover into a special fund which shall be known as 'Indemnity Fund for the Eradication of Bovine Tuberculosis and Contagious Abortion—Trust Fund', which shall be available for expenditure by the Secretary of Agriculture for the payment of the indemnity determined in § 782 of this title, for equipping a laboratory, for paying technical personnel and such field employees as may be necessary in order to carry out a campaign for the eradication of bovine tuberculosis and contagious abortion in the cattle of Puerto Rico, and for all such other expenses as may be necessary.
