The funds available in the Commonwealth treasury, belonging to those farm bureaus created under Act No. 31 of April 25, 1930, as amended, and which were dissolved without constituting themselves into cooperatives, or to those farm bureaus that may hereafter dissolve without constituting themselves into cooperatives, shall be covered into the general funds of the Treasury of Puerto Rico.
