The following terms, wherever used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, except where the context clearly indicates otherwise:(a) Company. — Means the Puerto Rico Cooperative Development Company created by this chapter.(b) Bonds. — Means bonds, notes, or other evidences of indebtedness or obligations.(c) Subsidiary. — Means any enterprise owned, controlled, or managed by the Company.(d) Administrator. — Means the Cooperative Development Administrator.(e) Administration. — Means the Cooperative Development Administration.Words importing the singular number shall include the plural and vice versa, and words importing persons shall include firms, partnerships and corporations.
