The Company’s bylaws shall provide for the government of its own internal affairs. The bylaws shall be approved, amended, or repealed, by the Administrator. The bylaws or amendments thereto, or their partial or total repeal, shall be effective when duly entered in the official minute book of the Company, after approved in writing by the said Administrator.
