The bonds and other obligations issued by the Company shall not be a debt of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or any of its municipalities or other political subdivisions. Neither the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico nor any such municipalities or other political subdivisions shall be liable thereon, nor shall such bonds or other obligations be payable out of any funds other than those of the Company.
