The Company shall submit to the Legislature and to the Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, after the close of each fiscal year:(1) A financial statement.(2) A report on the transactions of the Company during the preceding fiscal year.(3) A report on the status and progress of all its undertakings and activities since the creation of the Company or since the date of the last of these reports.
