(1) The Secretary or the officer upon whom he/she delegates his/her powers and faculties pursuant to the Organic Act of said Department shall be the chairperson of the Committee.(2) The Dean and Director of the Agricultural Sciences College.(3) The Secretary of the Department of Economic Development and Commerce, or the officer upon whom he/she delegates his/her powers and faculties pursuant to the Organic Act of said Department.(4) A representative of the agricultural sector related to the agricultural area to be affected by the proposal.(5) An agroindustrial sector representative related to the agricultural area to be affected by the proposal.
