It is hereby provided that those products manufactured, created or developed by the Agricultural Experiment Station Researchers financed with these funds and that may be patented or copyrighted under the laws of the Government of Puerto Rico and of the United States, shall be the property of the University of Puerto Rico in accordance with the procedures established by the same.
