(a) It shall be the duty of the Administrator, in addition to other duties assigned to him in §§ 1092—1118 of this title, to study the conditions of the milk industry in Puerto Rico; hold at least one meeting a year with producers, processors and consumers for investigative purposes, to hear their opinions, points of view and ideas with respect to the milk industry; and take adequate measures to regulate said industry in the degree required, with the approval of the Secretary, so that the purposes and aims of said sections are fulfilled.\n(b) All departments, agencies, corporations, authorities, offices, and political subdivisions of the Commonwealth shall furnish the Administrator, free of any charge, expense or fee whatsoever, any official information, copy of book, pamphlet or publication, certified copy of documents, statistics, compilation of data and records, requested of them for official use of the Office.\nHistory —June 11, 1957, No. 34, p. 67, § 4; July 20, 1979, No. 127, p. 306, § 3.
