Any person operating a business in the milk industry or its by-products who shall do any act in violation of the provisions of §§ 1092—1118 of this title, or against an order, administrative resolution, or regulation approved hereunder, shall incur in an unlawful practice and shall be subject to the penalties fixed in such sections.\nHistory —June 11, 1957, No. 34, p. 67, § 19.
