The provisions of §§ 1121—1125 of this title may be enforced through injunctions issued, on the request of any person or private or government entity, by any court with jurisdiction.\nArtificial milk or imitation milk unlawfully possessed or involved in violation of the provisions of §§ 1121—1125 of this title shall be subject to embargo and disposal through judicial order.\nHistory —June 25, 1969, No. 67, p. 206, § 5.
