Any person, who violates any of the provisions of §§ 1121—1125 of this title, or any regulations approved in accordance therewith, or any officer, agent or employee thereof who orders or who knowingly permits such violation or aids in its performance, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be punished for the first offense by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor greater than three hundred dollars ($300); in cases of recidivism he shall be punished by a fine of not less than three hundred dollars ($300) but not greater than one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) or by imprisonment for a term of not more than ninety (90) days or by both penalties in the discretion of the court.\nEach separate violation shall be considered as a separate offense, except the violation for the continuous uncompliance of the provisions of §§ 1121—1125 of this title, in which case, each day shall be considered a separate offense.\nHistory —June 25, 1969, No. 67, p. 206, § 6.
