The milk producer license shall constitute the unit of registration. Each license shall be granted a page, which shall be designed in such a way as to allow its conservation and avoid fraud, alteration, deterioration or loss.\nElectronic data processing systems may be used to facilitate the organization and operation of the registry in all its aspects. Certifications shall be issued at the request of the interested party regarding the contents or circumstances of each unit of registration.\nThe Administrator, or his/her appointed official, shall issue the certifications and may, through regulation, collect a reasonable amount for said issuance.
