(a) Applications for permit to feed swine or barnyard fowl with garbage shall be filed in writing in the forms provided by the Department of Agriculture of Puerto Rico and shall contain all the information which the Secretary of Agriculture may deem necessary and pertinent.\n(b) There will be no charge for the permits issued under this chapter.\nHistory —June 14, 1962, No. 46, § 3, eff. 90 days after June 14, 1962.
