Authorized representatives of the Secretary of Agriculture of Puerto Rico shall have power to enter public or private premises for the purpose of inspecting and investigating the conditions related with the adequate treatment of garbage for feeding swine or barnyard fowl, and the health of the swine or barnyard fowl, where, under the provisions of § 1302 of this title, the special permit of the Secretary of Agriculture is required.\nHistory —June 14, 1962, No. 46, § 6, eff. 90 days after June 14, 1962.
