The Board of Directors is hereby authorized to reinsure up to ninety percent (90%) of the farm insurance underwritten by any cooperative association organized under the Insurance Code of Puerto Rico that has standards and assumes risks similar to those set in this chapter and in the farm insurance plans established by the Puerto Rico Farm Insurance Corporation; and may, in turn, grant in reinsurance the total amount of the reinsurance made, to such cooperative associations.\nHistory —Dec. 12, 1966, No. 12, p. 62, § 18, renumbered as § 19 and amended on Aug. 11, 1988, No. 166, p. 718, § 20.
