The Secretary of Agriculture shall send to the Legislature and to the Governor a copy of each program which he may have implemented under the provisions of this chapter, including the regulations and norms which may govern it, and shall annually make a detailed progress report, including the resources used, as well as the results obtained in each one.\nHistory —June 21, 1971, No. 53, p. 164, § 9, eff.
