The Secretary of Agriculture shall submit to the Legislature, at the beginning of each regular session, a report containing an explanation, as detailed as possible, of its operations in compliance with this chapter and of the amounts used for administrative and operating expenses.\nHistory —June 21, 1971, No. 53, p. 164, § 10, eff.
