The programs that may be established under this chapter shall be put in force by a field organization which presents the necessary coordination between the different agricultural agencies of the country and which permits and facilitates the direct care of the problems of each farmer.\nHistory —June 21, 1971, No. 53, p. 164, § 21, eff.
