The Secretary of Agriculture is hereby authorized to use from the budget of regular expenses of the Department of Agriculture the necessary funds to defray the compensation provided in § 1604 of this title for the specimens of animals, microorganisms, insects, which are delivered to him for their disposal in accordance with this chapter.\nHistory —June 23, 1971, No. 70, p. 209, § 6.
