The following provisions shall apply to experiments with live animals.\n(a) Experiments shall be restricted to cases in which these are considered to be absolutely essential for scientific research purposes at university centers.\n(b) Experiments for educational purposes shall not be permitted at the grade school, middle school and high school levels.\nHistory —Aug. 4, 2008, No. 154, § 2.19.
