The Corporation may make the investments, assume the costs, grant the subsidies or supplements, take any action and assume any other responsibility that may be necessary to make possible, facilitate or expedite the execution of, or to carry out, programs or projects of other federal, commonwealth or municipal government agencies within the scope of this chapter.\nHistory —May 30, 1973, No. 63, p. 282, § 14, eff.
