The family farm program, created by §§ 581—591 of Title 28, is hereby transferred to the Corporation, to be administered in accordance with this and the above-mentioned sections, and all its assets, both personal and real, as well as the obligations contracted, its files, personnel, and the balances of the funds appropriated, as well as the subsequent appropriations for the administration of these sections are hereby transferred to the Corporation, and said funds shall be deposited in the latter’s treasury.\nHistory —May 30, 1973, No. 63, p. 282, § 16, eff.
