The above-provided transfers shall not affect the proceedings, actions and causes of action under the statutes in force, whereby they shall be governed, except that the Corporation shall have jurisdiction in any proceeding subject to said statutes.\nHistory —May 30, 1973, No. 63, p. 282, § 17, eff.
