The sum of eight million dollars ($8,000,000) is hereby appropriated from unencumbered funds in the Commonwealth Treasury of the Corporation to carry out the purposes of this chapter.\nThe Corporation is hereby authorized to incur additional obligations during the [Fiscal] Year 1973-74 up to a sum equal to that herein appropriated.\nThe Legislature of Puerto Rico shall, in subsequent years, appropriate the sums necessary to fulfill the purposes of this chapter.\nHistory —May 30, 1973, No. 63, p. 282, § 20, eff.
