The appropriations of funds made to the Corporation shall not have the character of a fiscal year appropriation, and shall be deposited into the treasury of the Corporation, in whole or in part, as it may so request from the corresponding officers.\nHistory —May 30, 1973, No. 63, p. 282, § 21, eff.
