The Secretary or the authorized certifiers shall perform annual inspections at organic farm sites, processing installations, or organic agricultural products marketing businesses, and shall perform periodic residue tests on organic products produced in organic farms and processed through authorized organic processors, to determine that products do not contain pesticides or any other nonorganic or natural toxic residue.
