No person shall market, advertise, label or make any representation that an agricultural product is organic, unless the agricultural product is certified under to this chapter. The organic agricultural products of Puerto Rico that are sold in containers or packages shall have a sticker on the container, package or bottle that includes the phrase 'Certified Organic Product of Puerto Rico'.
