Any person who is directly and adversely affected by acts, orders or resolutions issued by the Secretary related to the issue, renewal or revoking of an organic certification or an accreditation as authorized organic certifier may request an administrative hearing pursuant to the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act'.
