The Secretary of the Department of Agriculture is hereby empowered to impose administrative sanctions pursuant to §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act', on any person who fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter or the regulations promulgated by virtue thereof.Any person affected by any decision of the Secretary of Agriculture may resort to the pertinent forum for the review of said determination pursuant to the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico'.
