The Secretary of the Department of Agriculture is hereby authorized to execute agreements with other state and federal government entities; as well as with nongovernment organizations for the study, administration, and management of Coloso Valley.\nLikewise, the Secretary is hereby authorized to establish the necessary regulations to perform the duties and functions imposed on him or her by this chapter. Said regulations shall comply with the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act'.\nHistory —Aug. 4, 2000, No. 142, § 6.
