The Planning Board, in coordination with the Department of Agriculture, and the municipalities which comprise the Reserve, shall conduct all necessary studies of the properties located within the area known as Valley of Guanajibo, for a term not greater than eighteen (18) months, to allow for the regulation of said lands through the promulgation and adoption of a special zoning resolution in order to reserve and devote the farms in said valley for agricultural production and development.\nHistory —Aug. 17, 2002, No. 184, § 2.
