The Secretary of Agriculture shall render periodic reports every three (3) months to the Legislature regarding the progress in promulgating and adopting the special zoning resolution to be established in the Valley of Guanajibo.\nSaid periodic reports shall also include information as to measures and actions that have been taken, as well as the plans that have been drawn to achieve the design and implementation of the agricultural development plan for said Valley.\nHistory —Aug. 17, 2002, No. 184, § 10.
