The Board, together with the Department, shall identify the parcels with public and private land limits which shall constitute the Corridor in order to expedite the territorial ordination and the adoption of the resolution as set forth in § 1782 of this title. Upon the adoption of the resolution, the Department shall make an inventory of the parcels with the corresponding owner, capacity, and such other necessary information as determined by the Secretary, in a term of not more than one (1) year as of the approval of this act.\nHistory —Aug. 9, 2008, No. 242, § 5.
