Upon the delimitation of the parcels of land within the Corridor, the Secretary shall identify the parcels or lands owned by private persons that are not intended for agricultural production, in order to coordinate with the owners thereof the development of agricultural plans for the development of specific agricultural and livestock projects for such parcels, by using subsidies and incentives available in the Department for such purposes and ends.\nHistory —Aug. 9, 2008, No. 242, § 7.
