Once the resolution is adopted, the Department shall prepare a Registry of the Owners of all identified parcels. The data of the owner of the parcels contained in the resolution shall be included in the registry at the time of its drafting. This Registry must be drafted within one (1) year as of the date in which the resolution is adopted. The Secretary shall delegate to the administrators, designated in § 1788(3)(e) of this title, the collection of the data for the drafting and periodical updating of the Registry.\nHistory —Aug. 9, 2008, No. 242, § 8.
