The Secretary shall designate an agronomist, from among the agronomists assigned to any of the Agricultural Regions comprised within the Corridor, who shall act as the Corridor Administrator.\nThe Administrator shall have the following duties and powers:\n(a) Act as liaison between all the areas comprising the Corridor in the different municipalities.\n(b) Act as interagency coordinator for the full development of these lands.\n(c) Act as the integrated development promoter and oversee the execution of the agricultural development plan.\n(d) Maintain and update the inventory of agricultural lands with their territorial limits, identify the owners of and the uses given to these lands.\nHistory —Aug. 9, 2008, No. 242, § 15.
