For the purposes of this chapter the following terms shall have the definitions expressed hereinbelow:\n(a) Administration. — Shall mean the government instrumentality created by this chapter known as the Agricultural Development Administration.\n(b) Director. — Shall mean the chief executive of the Agricultural Development Administration, duly appointed by the Secretary of Agriculture pursuant to this chapter.\n(c) Secretary. — Shall mean the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.\nHistory —June 5, 1985, No. 28, p. 93, § 2.
