With regard to personnel attached to the different programs transferred by this chapter, or who are subsequently transferred to the Administration, they shall retain the same status they had, as long as they hold the same position they did at the moment of the transfer pursuant to sections 1301—1431 of Title 3 and regulations approved by virtue thereof. They shall also retain all rights, privileges, obligations and status with respect to any existing pension, retirement, or savings and loans fund system or systems to which they were affiliated upon the approval of this act.\nHistory —June 5, 1985, No. 28, p. 93, § 7.
