Regarding agencies that are eliminated and programs that by means of this chapter are transferred, or may be transferred in the future to the Administration or to any other government agency for the aims and purposes of this chapter, the following standards and conditions shall govern:\nAll property or any interest herein; records, files and documents, obligations and contracts of any kind; rights and privileges of any nature, licenses, permits and other authorizations, and the personnel who, on the date the transfer takes effect are rendering services in the office, activity or program which is transferred or eliminated, as well as the funds already appropriated, or to be appropriated to those agencies and programs transferred to this Administration, shall be conveyed to the Administration or to any other government agency for the 1977-78 fiscal year, and shall be used for the ends and purposes of this chapter.\nHistory —June 7, 1977, No. 33, p. 62, § 12; May 15, 1978, No. 16, p. 41, § 1; renumbered as § 11 on Aug. 11, 1988, No. 166, p. 718, § 2.
