Regarding all that is related to the personnel attached to the various bodies transferred hereunder, or transferred hereafter to the Administration, or those transferred to the Department of Agriculture, they shall retain the same status, while they hold the same office they held at the time of the transfer, according to §§ 1301—1431 of Title 3 and regulations approved by virtue thereof.
