The Secretary of Agriculture shall render an annual report to the Legislature regarding the progress on the promulgation and adoption of the Special Zoning Resolution to be established in the Valley of Yabucoa.\nSuch annual report shall also include information regarding the measures and actions that have been taken, as well as the plans that have been drawn to achieve the design and implementation of the Valley of Yabucoa Integrated Development Plan.\nThis report shall be filed before the Legislature not later than June of each year after the approval of this act.\nHistory —Aug. 3, 2009, No. 49, § 8.
