Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter, the regulations adopted by virtue thereof, or any order or resolution of the Secretary issued under this chapter, shall incur a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500). Subsequent violations shall be punished by a minimum penalty of three hundred dollars ($300), but not more than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment for a term of six (6) months, or both penalties at the discretion of the court.\nOnce established the Administrative Board, may impose fines as provided in §§ 3051 et seq. of this title.\nHistory —Aug. 11, 1988, No. 169, p. 754, § 10; Jan. 20, 2000, No. 37, § 9.
